Government of Jharkhand, Urban Development and Housing Department, Jharkhand State Housing Board (JSHB) has displayed 34 vacant seats for Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Upper Division Clerk, Upper Division Clerk (Accounts), Law Officer & Other posts on contractual basis. Candidates satisfying the required eligibility mentioned in the Jharkhand State Housing Board official notification can apply online or offline on or before 24th July 2017 with the help of details given below-

Essential Qualification:
For Post 1 candidates must have acquired Full-time Graduation Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
For Post 2 candidates must have acquired Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
For Post 3, 6, 7 candidates must have acquired Full-Time Graduation Degree with 60% marks from a recognized institution, Good knowledge of computer and internet, English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute.
For Post 4, 8 candidates must have acquired Full Time Post Graduation Degree in Commerce with 55% marks from a recognized Institution, Knowledge of government accounting, Good knowledge of computer, internet and financial software (Tally), English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi Typing-30 words per minute.
For Post 5 candidates must have acquired Full-Time Graduation Law Degree with 60% marks from a recognized institute/ University.
For Post 9 candidates must have acquired Full Time Graduation degree in Commerce with 60% marks from a recognized institute/ University, Knowledge of govt. accounting procedures, Good knowledge of computer, internet and financial software (Tally), English Typing-40 words per minute and Hindi typing-30 words per minute with adequate experience.
Required Age:
For Post 2, 3, 4, 9 candidates age limit should be between 21 to 37 years (UR).
For Remaining posts candidates age limit should be between 21 to 38 years (UR).
-Upper age relaxation will be admissible as per govt norms.
Mode of Selection:
Selection will be made based on candidates performance in written test.

Candidates have pay Application Fee which is Rs. 750/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in Favor of “Jharkhand State Housing Board” Payable at Ranchi.
