Junior Technician:

Master’s Degree (MTech) in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree with 60% marks or CPI 6/10 or equivalent. (55% marks or CPI 5.5/10 or equivalent for SC/ST). Master’s Degree (MSc) in Mathematics, or Computer Science or equivalent degree with 60% marks or CPI 6/10 or equivalent. (55% marks or CPI 5.5/10 or equivalent for SC/ST). The student should have qualified national level exam such as NET/GATE. Bachelor’s degree (BTech) or equivalent degree in Engineering/ Technology with 70% marks or CPI 7/10 or equivalent. (65% marks or CPI 6.5/10 or equivalent for SC/ST. The student should also satisfy one of the following criteria. Qualified GATE in CSE or in some relevant streams.
Group- I (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical Engg.
Group-II (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Group- III (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ ITI or NCVT recognized certificate in Electronics and allied trades.

Group- IV (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ ITI or NCVT recognised certificate in Fitter/ Mechanic/ Refrigeration/ Welder/ Foundry and allied trades.

Group- V (Computer): B.SC.(IT)/ BCA/ Diploma in Computer Science Engineering/ ITI or NCVT recognised certificate in Computers and allied trades.

Group-VI (Mining): Diploma in Mining Engineering/ Mine surveying.

Junior Technician (Library):

Graduate plus Bachelor of Library Science (minimum 55% marks) or Master of Library Science (minimum 55% marks) or equivalent Diploma (minimum 55% marks) in Library Science with at least 2 years’ relevant library experience in a reputed organization.

Junior Assistant (Hospitality):

Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 55% marks. OR Three (03) years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering
Technology with 55% marks and two (02) years’ experience.

Assistant Security Inspector:

Graduate (minimum 55% marks) with at least 4 years’ experience in Armed Forces/ Para-military forces/ Central or State Police Organizations in a post in Pay Band – 1 Grade pay: Rs. 1900 (Pay Level – 2) or 7 Years’ experience in Armed Forces/ Para-military forces/ Central or State Police Organizations in a post in Pay Band – 1 Grade pay: Rs. 1800 (Pay Level – 1).

ELIGIBILITY:

i) PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE: Candidates should have reasonable (Typically 10-15) years
of managerial or professional experience and should have worked in a senior management position such as CEO/CTO/Vice President/Director for a reasonable period. They should have at least a Master’s degree in Engineering/Sciences/ Humanities or a related field. Ph.D. is desirable but not essential.
ii) ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE: Depending on the years of experience (Typically 05 to less than 10 years), the person may also be offered the position of Associate Professor of Practice.
