Essential Qualification:
For post 1 candidates should have acquired Ph. D. degree in Agricultural Process Engg/ Food Engg/ Farm Machinery & Power/ Chemical Engg/ Agricultural Chemicals/ Forestry /Environmental Engg or M.Sc/ M.Tech/ ME. in above mentioned discipline with 4/ 5 years of Bachelor degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average having 2 years research experience in relevant field & NET qualification or Candidate having PG Degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor Degree and 2 years Master Degree should have NET qualification.
For post 2 candidates should have acquired Master degree in the Agricultural Process Engg/ Food Engg/ Farm Machinery & Power/ Chemical Engg/ Agricultural Chemicals/ Forestry/ Environmental Engg with 4/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree, Candidate having PG Degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor Degree and 2 years Master Degree with NET qualification.

For Post 2 candidates must have acquired Master’s Degree in Biotechnology/ Botany/ zoology/ Life sciences/ Biochemistry/ Basic sciences or Master’s Degree in Biotechnology/ Botany/ zoology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Basic sciences with NET qualification or Graduation or Doctorate in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Basic Sciences with relevant experience.
Required Age:
For Post 1 candidates age limit should be less than 40 years for men and 45 years for women.
For Post 2 candidates age limit should be less than 35 years for men and 40 years for women.
